Silicon Scally - The Silent Years
Mysterious Melodic waves on top of crisp bumpin electro breaks with lots of drive and buildups.
Satamile records celebrates its sixth Electro release this time with Silicon Scally, aka Carl Finlow. “The Silent Years” three slammin future electro tracks takeing electro breaks into a new and mysterious world of dark synthesis mystery. Track 1. ‘Coast to Coast’ cut at 45 for the big floor is bound to set a prescedent for electro in the future. Track 2. ‘Informatics’ sets its style with a slammin guitar sample,incorporated into a breakin groove throughout, takeing the listener into a new domain for electro. Track three, ‘The Silent Years’ and also the ep title song builds into a deep ghostly melodic synths, with a driveing bass break continously building the floor. This is the track Rob Hall played for a very enthusiastic the opening of Autechre in NYC on May,4 ,01. No mastering problems on this Vinyle ,done by the pros at Frankford and Wayne, warm and big sounding.
